Items Currently Covered by our Lifetime Warranty
Summary
The Lifetime Warranty means that we will repair or replace any covered knife that has any issue, for as long as you own your SideKick OTF.
What is covered
- Knives that are defective upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects
- Failure to operate normally with reasonable care
What is not covered
- Damage resulting directly from typical “wear and tear”
- Damage resulting from exposure to the elements or extreme conditions
- Damage due to abuse/misuse of the knife
- Damage due to alteration or maintenance done directly by the customer
- Lost or stolen knife/parts
- Accidental damage
How to file a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, send an email to warranty@uppercuttactical.com
Include as much information as possible, eg:
- Your original order number
- The issue you’re having with the knife
- Include photos/video if possible
